Voicegain is an early stage startup in machine learning/artificial intelligence space with offices in Dallas, TX and San Jose, CA. We are on a mission to democratize speech recognition. We have built a deep neural network based speech-to-text engine from the ground up and we are targeting developers of enterprise speech applications. The TAM (total addressable market) for our technology is over $5 Billion. Speech recognition has applications in the enterprise, health care, automotive, IoT devices and general transcription.
While we compete with several large players, our platform has unique capabilities. We allow developers to customize their acoustic, language and pronunciation models enabling superior recognizer performance. Our platform can be accessed on our cloud or deployed at the edge.

About the job :
The Growth/Content Hacker is our first hire in the Voicegain marketing team. He/she will drive bottom line growth and will be responsible for identifying, reaching and acquiring customers using innovative, non-traditional and cost effective ways. We are looking for a self-starter and go-getter; someone who takes initiative and can drive projects from start to finish.
Create awesome and compelling digital content (blogs, videos, whitepapers) rapidly; inspire and engage with audience based on storytelling techniques;
Elevate Voicegain’s digital and social presence; connect with prospective customers using social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Github, Quora)
Iterate rapidly to determine the marketing methods that scale efficiently
Additional responsibilities may include:
Create high-quality content as needed for presentations, website, and marketing material that are consistent with Voicegain brand identity
Maintain, update, and improve website content based on how users engage with the content
Coordinate event logistics and speaking engagements at industry events
Identify and stay updated on relevant industry media and best practices
Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing/Communications/Business or related field
2-5 years of B2B enterprise software marketing experience preferably in a fast paced startup
Self-sufficient in building webpages using CMS tools like WordPress/Wix
Reasonable graphic design, photography, videography, or editing skills.
Creative thinking and strong decision making skills.
Excellence in working with deadlines
Rigorous organization and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn new skills
