Voicegain Speech Analytics API allows developers to analyze audio recordings of calls, meetings and conversations. These recordings get accurately transcribed and analyzed using NLU. We analyze both audio and the text to extract sentiment, named entities and other metrics. The annotated recordings can accessed using our APIs. We also provide a reference Web UI that can be customized by clients for their use-case.
